I am a transgender and I needed a gradual facial femization. I found Dr. Zakhary and her staff (especially Kelsey) very friendly and understanding, without any gender bias in their behavior. I could not go for surgery for personal limitations, but the other treatment options (laser hair removal, bottox and fillers) that have done for me, were effective as expected. Dr. Zakhary is an exceptional doctor and her Staff is amazing. I had two moles removed from my face by Dr. Zakhary and I am happy with the results. I was looking for a plastic surgeon in Calgary to do a facelift for a long time and I wanted somebody who is specializing only on face. It was a period when I was even ready to go Seattle and go through all the inconveniences of travelling after surgery. But Dr. Kristina Zachary opened her practice a few years ago and I was lucky to have the facelift done here in Calgary. It was much easier than I expected: no pain at all after the surgery. And I am very happy with the result. She is a very knowledgeable and outstandingly honest: if you do not need an expensive treatment she openly tells you about it. I had a rhinoplasty done 2 weeks ago. Although my nose is still a bit swollen, I'm happy with the results. My main concern going into the surgery was that my nose was overprojected and the tip was a bit bulbous and droopy. Dr. Zakhary did an excellent job of making the nose smaller from the side and refining the tip. I think she is a very talented, caring surgeon. She set me straight (in her nice, kind way) about what could be changed explaining that certain changes I wanted were not realistic and would make it look fairly obvious that I modified my nose, and I can now appreciate what she meant (given I wouldn't want any more changes done than she's done). She also worked with me to address all the things I did want to change, including fixing my columella. I asked her for a smaller nose that's feminine with a nice tip, and she came through. I would recommend her to anyone. I think she is very skilled and has a good aesthetic sense.

I had earlobe repair surgery performed by Dr Zakhary a week ago today. My first appointment, I was greeted by Kelsey who makes you feel right at home. Dr Zakhary was very informative and took the time to explain the surgery and to show before and after pictures of her patients. Getting booked into for this procedure was very quick as well. The surgery was excellent, no problem at all. The stitches came out today and she did an amazing job. I am so excited that I can't wait for the required 8 weeks so that I can get my ears repierced. I had rhinoplasty performed by this surgeon a week ago and i have to say...she is the best!!!! I still have considerable swelling but for a one week post op result, it is unreal. I've wanted this procedure done since I was a little kid and I am overwhelmed with joy that I was patient and spent time looking for the best. I travelled eight hours from Kamloops BC to see her and it was worth every penny. I strongly recommend this doctor. She is friendly, beautiful, and a true artist. Thank you doctor Zakhary! I had a laser removal appointment at Dr. Zakhary's office and when I came in I was greeted by her receptionist in a very warm matter. She was punctual in getting me into my appointment and always has a smile on her face. Her technician is very professional and always does a great job with my laser and fraxal making sure I am always comfortable and never in pain. Dr. Zakhary provides a very warm and comforting environment where all her patients can know they are getting the best treatment:)

I have been using the OBAGi since September 2010. I bought the whole Obagi regimen. At first I was reluctant to follow every step I was told. Meeting Dr Zakhary after 6 weeks, I didn't really see any difference. But the funny thing was, one of my colleagues approached and asked me in secrecy if I am pregnant or am I using new product for my face. I asked why and she told me "everybody's seeing the GLOW on your Face". When I visited my friends in Vienna, Austria, Most of my friends asked me if i taking "Glutathione" or did I do a laser work on my face. I look fair and flawless according to them. Same thing happened when we had our Class reunion in Vegas last February 2011.Some of them I saw last year, couple of them 10 years ago and most of them 19 years.My good friends asked me the same question, am I receiving Glutathione, or what care products do I use. At first I was just laughing but they were insisting for my response. I told them about my Regimen of OBAGI. I am more than happy about the results and the follow up care Dr Zakhary and her team is giving me. The level of satisfaction overall is high and finding such a Doctor that meets my need with a very favourable result is amazing.

I have only great things to say about Dr.Zakhary. Upon my arrival into her office for my first ever appointment, her staff were very warm and welcoming. The office is nicely appointed with a very relaxing atmosphere. It's more like a spa visit than arriving into a doctor's office. Dr.Zakhary's staff are knowledgable and very personable which reflects very well on what type of person Dr.Zakhary is herself. Dr.Zakhary gave me all the time I needed with her to answer any questions I had; there was no sense of being rushed. They give plenty of time in each appointment for you compared to the typical doctor's office. Dr.Zakhary is very knowledgable in her profession and is very quick to gain the confidence of her clients with her very personable beside manner. During my visits we discussed treatments. She will not give a treatment unless she feels you will bennefit from it. The room where I had my Botox injections was very comfortable with aromatherapy and relaxation music playing. I'm not afraid of needles but for those who are a bit apprehensive, you need not worry. The needles are very thin and what impressed me most was the time she took to apply lidocaine gel(topical numbing gel) to all the areas I was getting treated and let it absorb. Just before she begins treatment she will then apply an ice pack to the area to cool it further, decreasing discomfort to the point I hardly felt anything. The treatment took only 30 min from the time I walked in to the time I was done and it was such a pleasant experience time passed in a blink of an eye. Dr.Zakhary does follow up appointments and is available for any questions or concerns; always easy to contact. She has done several appearances on the Breakfast televison show here in Calgary with more appearances to come and is seen as a high profile Dr. I'm thrilled with the results which were almost immediate. I couldn't stop laughing and smiling when I went in for my follow up. I will continue to see her for my treatments and feel fortunate to have found someone who is so personable and skilled in this profession of this growing trend.

If Dr. Zakhary specializes in what you are looking for GO SEE HER! I had broken my nose several times playing sports which resulted in a deviated septum and caused my nose to be off-centered (both of which Dr. Zakhary fixed for me). Her and her staff were so kind and caring I actually looked forward to my visits. Any concerns I had I could just call in and they would help me through the entire process. My dad's fiance also went to Dr. Zakhary and loved her just as much as I did. It is extremely refreshing knowing that there are still GREAT doctors who actually CARE! I would recommend Dr. Zakhary 100% .

Dr. Zakhary is a knowledgable surgeon who listens to exactly what you want and is able to recreate it! I was able to trust her fully with my Rhinoplasty and I received the exact results I wanted. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Age-Less Calgary Clinic from my first meeting with Dr. Zakhary to our appointments now, almost a year later.
I had very strong reservations about getting any type of "cosmetic" surgery in tandem with my septum but from the first meeting with Dr. Zakhary I was struck with how warm, honest and open she was, and it wasn't long before I had complete trust in her.
Dr. Zakhary is not only an incredible surgeon but a great person and it is always a pleasure meeting with her. She accepted my almost excessive amount of questions with total openness and was always available to help when I had new questions or felt nervous.
Most importantly, not only is Dr. Zakhary kind and easy to talk to, she is honest about what can be expected in terms of results, recovery and follow up. Dr. Zakhary recognizes the value of individuality and has no desire to have everyone walk out of her clinic looking the same - rather, she works to enhance what is there so that the benefits can be achieved while still looking like oneself (I was very nervous that I wouldn't recognize myself or would look extremely different).

Not for a moment I felt that it is my fault or I am a nuisance to you. After all it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day when all problems were happening.
There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Zakhary have had created absolutely unique level of patient care. A surgery is a one thing but healing and care after it is how a patient remembers the whole experience.
