Thank you for the call. I'd like to express my deep gratitude for the level of post-op care I have received : every concern was addressed immediately and a solution provided.
Not for a moment I felt that it is my fault or I am a nuisance to you. After all it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day when all problems were happening.
There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Zakhary have had created absolutely unique level of patient care. A surgery is a one thing but healing and care after it is how a patient remembers the whole experience.
I'm glad to say that mine is good and worth the commuting between Edmonton and Calgary.
